JBL 4350A カスタムネットワーク作業、JBL D130 コーン紙の加工 JBL 4350A custom crossover work, JBL D130 speaker cone processing

こちらはJBL 4350A用のカスタムネットワークに使用するパーツです。回路が決定しましたので、スピーカーキャビネットへ取り付けるために必要なプレートなどを作製して、パーツの配置を決めます。配置を決定するにあたって実際にどの様に配線するかをこの段階で考える必要があります。
These are the parts I am going to use for the JBL 4350A  custom crossovers. The schematic has been decided so I will process the necessary boards to place the components. It is key to build an image of how the parts will be wired when placed inside the cabinet in order to decide the placement of the parts.


パーツの配置が決定し、すべてのパーツを取り付けました。これから配線作業を進めていきます。キャビネット背面にコイルやコンデンサーを取り付けるため、その間の配線は実際にキャビネットに組み込んだ際に行います。各プレート上の配線が完了したら、仮配線で繋ぎ、配線を正しく行ったことを確認をします。
The placement of each component has been decided, and I have glued them on. I will start to wire them now. Since there will be capacitors and coils placed on the back of the speaker cabinet, the wiring between each board will be done during the installment process. Once I am done wiring each board, I will temporary wire them and test it's frequency characteristic to see if the work I have done is correct.
