The sound of the Olympus is different from the former 4343's. The Olympus has more details of low frequency & high frequency, I think the reason why is the Olympus for home use and the 4343's is for studio monitor, actually sound is the duty of the 4343's.
The other hand, the new 4343's, I can hear a lot of sound-details more than my old 4343, for example: I can hear the more distance of sound-field right now and more tiny instruments sounds! I feel, It is so great! And my old 4343 has sold out!
