アメリカ合衆国にいるビジネスパートナーのリックから新規製作のJBL 4345が到着しました。しっかりとクレート梱包されていますので、スタッフ全員でクレートを解体して、中身のスピーカーを取り出します。真夏の炎天下で行うにはとても大変な作業です。
Newly built pair of JBL 4345s have arrived from the U.S. It was sent from our business partner Rick. It is packed in wooden crates, so we all have to work together in disassembling the crates and pulling out the speakers.
前回のブログで紹介したJBL 4344用のネットワーク作業が完了しました。
The JBL 4344 crossovers that I posted in my last blog has been completed.
これは今日から開始するKRS 4343のネットワークです。この仕様の4343を作るのは初めてですので一度背面に取り付けるコイルの取り付け位置や方向などをテストする必要があります。背面端子板やコンデンサー類はキャビネット内部に取り付けて、仮配線をバスレフポートから通して、コイルと抵抗をキャビネット外へ持っていきます。
I will start installing the KRS 4343 crossovers into the cabinet today. It is our first time building 4343s with these specs, so we will need to test the coil and resistor positions. I will place the capacitors and terminal board inside the cabinet, and then pass the temporary wires through the bass reflex port to bring the coils and resistors outside of the cabinet.
